March 30 Blood Draw and U/S: Hcg 2590, cyst measured 6.5cm but got to see a gestational sac and yolk sac!
April 3, 5 weeks 6 days U/S with Dr. Dodds: Saw the baby! extremely tiny and just a flicker of a heartbeat.
April 9 OB Nurse Appt and Blood Draw and U/S:All is well, a little confused on my dates. Cyst measured 5.9cm, and got to trace the hb at 119!
April 17, 7 weeks 6 days U/S with Dr. Dodds: Saw the baby and hb measured at 151-156. Cervical length was taken for a base line, 3.5-4cm (quote from Dr. Dodds "It's really more like 3.5cm, I'm just being very generous in saying its 4cm) --- I dont like generosity when it comes to my cervix due to my preterm delivery with Jack!
April 23 OB appt with Dr. V-Webb:initial OB check. Plan to recheck cervical length at just shy of 12 weeks, if all is well, then start p17 injections weekly at 16 weeks (to help with cervical length and help to minimize ptl-preterm labor). Then U/S at 20, 24, and 28 weeks to check cervical length. Then she said we HOPE by doing this I MIGHT be able to have a 37 week baby...maybe. She didn't sound too reasurring but we will pray! She also has already told me twice, "it's definately a girl". She also prescribed me some phenergan...I may just take it at night because I tend to wake up in the middle of the night sick, and it will help me to sleep! Also told me why my back is hurting...I have a tilted uterus, backwards, and it is growing faster this time so it is pushing into my back!

A little background on getting pregnant this time!

We had tried starting 11 months ago, and go pregnant within in 2 months. That pregnancy ended in a miscarriage at 7 weeks on June 3, 2011. We have been trying ever since. I stopped have normal cycles, or cycles at all in the fall. My OB started me on clomid but it still did not make me ovulate. On my second cycle I decided to go to the fertility center. May I add they are amazing there! I did 2 more rounds of clomid, that both failed to produce eggs the correct size. We then moved onto a mix of clomid and follistim injectables. It make 1-2 eggs that were 'near' size, but a little small, they still let me trigger with ovidrel (forces ovulation) but that cycle did not work. It also ended up in about 5 ovarian cysts measuring 4 cm, and another 10 or so smaller ones. We then were told to take a cycle off to wait for the cysts to shrink. I went for a weekly ultrasound to check on the cysts, and the nurse never saw any eggs, so I was told this cycle most likely won't work on my own. We prepared for the future, I got my hsg and Jeff did his SA. We decided to do a week of injections next cycle and an IUI. Although on March 22nd, I had a dream I was pregnant....I woke up and poas (peed on a stick), and low and behold it was postive!!
